Your 55bdcom Player Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and 55bdcom (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or in any way using the 55bdcom platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any policies, guidelines, or addenda incorporated herein by reference.

55bdcom is an online cricket betting and casino platform designed for and primarily serving the Bangladesh market. The Platform offers live cricket wagering including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC fixtures, as well as live dealer casino tables, slot games from globally recognised providers, and crash games — all accessible in English with full BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳) currency support.

This Agreement is effective from the moment you complete account registration on 55bdcom and remains in force for the duration of your account's existence, including any period of suspension or temporary closure. We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 55bdcom will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 55bdcom platform and, if you have an existing account, contact support at support@55bdcom to request account closure. Continued use of any part of the Platform — including browsing game listings or viewing live odds — constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of this Agreement.

To access the full range of services available on 55bdcom — including live cricket betting, live dealer casino, slot games, and BDT banking — you must register a personal account. Account registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one registered account. The maintenance of multiple accounts by a single individual is a violation of this Agreement and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being frozen pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name — as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Date of birth — to verify that you are 18 years of age or older
• Valid email address — used for account communications and verification
• Mobile number — used for two-factor authentication and bKash/Nagad/Rocket wallet linking
• Residential address — including division and district within Bangladesh
• Preferred currency — BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳) is the default and primary currency on 55bdcom

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 55bdcom will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify us immediately at support@55bdcom if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification: Before any withdrawal of funds is processed, 55bdcom requires identity verification. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driver's licence, along with proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months). KYC documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format and must clearly show your name, date of birth, and address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal requests suspended until verification is complete.

55bdcom is committed to preventing underage gambling. We take our responsibility to protect young people seriously and apply a range of technical and procedural controls to enforce the 18+ age restriction across our entire platform. These include age declaration during registration, mandatory KYC document verification prior to withdrawal, and ongoing account monitoring for indicators of underage use.

By registering an account on 55bdcom, you explicitly confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and will remain so throughout the lifetime of your account
• You are not registering on behalf of, or to facilitate the gambling activity of, any person under the age of 18
• You understand that providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud and may result in criminal liability under applicable law
• You consent to 55bdcom requesting documentary proof of your age at any point during your account's existence

Where 55bdcom has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player may be under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately and all associated funds frozen pending a full age verification review. If age verification confirms that the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or bank account) subject to applicable verification requirements.

55bdcom operates a BDT-native cashier designed for the Bangladeshi market. All real-money transactions on the Platform — including deposits, wagers, bonus credits, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform does not process transactions in foreign currencies.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 55bdcom does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. A minimum of one deposit and one real-money wager must be placed before a withdrawal request can be submitted. 55bdcom reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds in cases where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where the account activity pattern raises a compliance concern.

Responsible Deposit Limits: Players may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits on their 55bdcom account via the responsible gaming section of their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase comes into force.

55bdcom offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cricket season reload offers, VIP cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions in the Bangladesh cultural calendar. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses credited to your 55bdcom account are subject to a wagering requirement (also called "turnover requirement" or "playthrough requirement"). The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Until the wagering requirement has been fully met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds in your account balance, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the stated bonus conversion terms.
• 55bdcom reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was credited as a result of a technical error, system fault, or promotional abuse.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Any attempt to claim a welcome offer multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in permanent account closure.
• Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Cricket sportsbook bets, live casino tables, and slots may carry different contribution rates. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit). Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.

Bonus Abuse: 55bdcom employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk; exploitation of promotional terms through coordinated play across multiple accounts; and repeated pattern betting inconsistent with normal recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, 55bdcom reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

As a registered player on 55bdcom, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws and the provisions of this Agreement. The following obligations apply to all registered players at all times.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account
• Keep your account login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party
• Wager only with funds that belong to you and that are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity
• Comply with all KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) requests from 55bdcom, including submitting identity and address verification documents when requested
• Notify 55bdcom promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised activity on your account
• Play for personal entertainment only — commercial exploitation of the Platform or its offers is prohibited
• Use the responsible gaming tools available on 55bdcom — including deposit limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic

You agree NOT to:

• Register more than one account on 55bdcom
• Use automated betting software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any other system designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cooperative play designed to circumvent the Platform's game outcomes or betting markets
• Attempt to exploit technical faults, software bugs, or pricing errors in the Platform's sportsbook odds or casino games
• Use a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent any geographic access restrictions in place on 55bdcom
• Engage in any form of money laundering or use 55bdcom as a vehicle for financial crime
• Permit any third party — including family members — to access or operate your 55bdcom account

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your 55bdcom account at any time by contacting our support team at support@55bdcom. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled and remaining real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, bank account, etc.) subject to standard KYC and AML compliance checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion, which results in the account being locked for a period of their choosing — from a minimum of 30 days up to a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers on 55bdcom. Any marketing communications associated with your account will also be suspended. To activate self-exclusion, contact support@55bdcom stating the desired exclusion duration.

Platform-Initiated Closure: 55bdcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• The player is under 18 years of age
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited automated tools
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 55bdcom

Where an account is closed by the Platform on disciplinary grounds, 55bdcom reserves the right to withhold some or all funds pending a full investigation. Players who believe a Platform-initiated closure was made in error may raise a formal dispute by emailing support@55bdcom with full details of their account and the grounds for their appeal.

55bdcom provides its platform, sportsbook, and casino services on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the Platform is operational, secure, and accurate at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the complete absence of technical errors, and we expressly disclaim all warranties — whether express, implied, or statutory — relating to the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55bdcom shall not be liable to you for any:

• Loss of funds arising from your own decisions to wager on the Platform, including losses incurred during cricket betting, live casino play, or slot games
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, internet connectivity failures, or data loss affecting your ability to place a bet or access the Platform
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bangladeshi banks
• Errors in live odds, game results, or sportsbook markets arising from data feed errors from our third-party providers, provided such errors are corrected within a reasonable timeframe
• Losses arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised third party where such access resulted from your failure to protect your login credentials
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of 55bdcom

Nothing in this section limits 55bdcom's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws applicable in Bangladesh.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of your use of 55bdcom shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved disputes may be escalated via the formal complaints process by contacting support@55bdcom.
